Energy Contractors implements policies to provide a safe workplace for each employee.
Energy Contractors has developed policies that are reviewed and provided to each employee. The policies are as follows:
Accident Reporting Policy
It is the policy of Energy Contractors, that all accidents that result in either personal injury or illness shall be properly reported and investigated. A comprehensive accident reporting and investigation process is a measure that can effectively prevent or minimize future accidents. This operating procedure establishes an efficient process to ensure that accidents are properly reported in a timely manner, that all causes are thoroughly identified, and that the appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Company Motor Vehicle Policy
The assignment and use of a company vehicle is a privilege and it is Energy Contractors policy to insist that employees operate in a safe and economical manner all vehicles owned or used by Energy Contractors. It is our policy that all company owned vehicles are operated in accordance with local and federal regulations, that all operators possess a valid driver's license, and that all employees follow the requirements and procedures set forth in the company motor vehicle policy. Energy Contractors considers the elimination of all motor vehicle accidents as a major goal. To accomplish this goal, it is very important that all accidents are recorded and investigated.
Drug-Free Workplace Policy
Energy Contractors is committed to protecting the safety, health, and well being of all employees and other individuals in our workplace. Energy Contractors recognizes that alcohol abuse and drug use pose a significant threat to our goals. Energy Contractors has established a drug-free workplace policy that balances our respect for individuals with the need to maintain an alcohol and drug-free environment.
