At Energy Contractors, we are committed to providing the appropriate training, personal protective equipment, and work environment that enables our employees to fulfill their responsibilities.

All employees are required to attend the Energy Contractors Annual Safety Training. This 8-hour seminar is offered every two months and provides employees with valuable information pertaining to various safety topics (i.e. H2S, CPR, First Aid, Forklift). By attending this training, the employees thoroughly understand our company policies, safety programs, and procedures required to be followed.

In addition to the Energy Contractors Annual Safety Training, each new hire must complete the Task/Hazard Training during their first three days of employment. The purpose of the Task/Hazard Training is to ensure that each new hire will thoroughly understand their job tasks they will be performing and the hazards associated with the tasks at Energy Contractors. Also, monthly safety meetings are mandatory for all employees as additional specific training.

Our emphasis on safety allows each employee the authority to slow down or shut down an operation in which they believe could jeopardize the safety of people, environment, and/or property.
